Hello Fellow Snowmobilers,

            I would like to take this time to welcome all you snowmobilers to our 2006-2007 Season. We have a new website address www.pelhamborderriders.org

 and it is up and running. Check it out to get all the latest and greatest updates on what the border riders have in store for all you snowmobliers to enjoy.

            We hope you all had a very nice summer and fall but now it is time to think about the best time of the year winter. The animals and farmers almanac say we should have more snow than last year. Lets hope so!

            The trails are being worked on and should be ready and in good shape with the addition of the many new bridges we have built to get over the wet spots. Thank you to all the Club volunteers who helped make the trails as good as they are.

            This coming season we have some events going on and should be a lot of fun. Our first event will be our annual club cookout at the American Legion in Pelham, N.H. for landowners, members, and guests on Sunday, October 22^nd from 12-5pm. On November 4^th we will be taking a bus load of members and guests on a Saturday night trip to Foxwoods Casino for a fun night. The charge is $25.00 per person and when we get to Foxwoods you will get a $15.00 per person buffet voucher and $10.00 keno card. We will be leaving R.G.A. Tire on Ledge Road in Pelham at 3:00pm sharp. Try to be there early.

            We also have a club cookout in January, a family trip to the Red Jacket in North Conway. Our annual men’s trip to Canada in February and new this year we will have a husband and wife trip to Canada in February too. We will visit the ice hotel and go to the Quebec carnival in Quebec City. We will be staying at the Quebec Inn, St. Foy Quebec.

            Well that’s it for now so let’s all pray for more snowfall this year and have a fun filled winter season. Don’t forget our new website address at www.pelhamborderriders.org
